The Zoo

Instead of visiting a museum, I visited the zoo. Partially because I volunteer there, and partially because I love it, I end up spending a good part of my summer at the zoo. I think/know my concentration will be about animals and nature so it fit pretty well. Although its predictable and probably annoying that I talk about the zoo too much, its a huge part of my inspiration. I took some pictures that show some of the stuff that inspires me at the zoo. I especially like looking at the textures of animal fur, the skeletal anatomy, and the weird facial characteristics of exotic animals.
